SHIPPING
All ATOPEA products are shipped from Switzerland using a secure, tracked shipping method. Currently, we only offer shipping within Switzerland.
ATOPEA products are dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, excluding bank holidays. Orders made on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following business day. You can anticipate delivery within 2-4 business days. Shipping incurs a 5 CHF fee.
Once an order is placed, we regret we are unable to cancel it.
If your ATOPEA package arrives damaged due to shipping, kindly preserve the shipping box, the products, and their outer cardboard packaging. Please email us promptly at contact@atopea.ch to report any damage.
RETURNS
We apologize, but due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once an order has been placed and shipped. As a small business, we maintain low production quantities and ensure our products are in impeccable condition when sold. Please make your product selection carefully before ordering and consider trying them on at one of our selected retailers.
